I am responsible for coordinating account administration for various types of client relationships, such as fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts. I excel at resolving client issues effectively and ensuring that appropriate action plans are developed and executed for servicing events. I actively contribute to identifying opportunities to improve operations. Some of my noteworthy accomplishments include:

  • Attaining certification in Goals Driven Wealth Management, Northern Trust's proprietary financial planning software.

  • Currently fulfilling the educational requirements necessary to sit for the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) exam.

Managed operations for a book of business containing 964 accounts exceeding $1 billion AUM where I was the first point of contact for all clients. Prepared comprehensive portfolio reviews and customized pitch books for high-net-worth prospects. Executed money movements, account transfers and IRA distributions.
